Everyone’s got questions. These are the greatest hits.

Do I need to be strong or fit to start?
Nope! Pole is how you get strong. Everyone starts as a beginner, and your “holy sh*t, I did that” moment will come quicker than you think 😉
What if I feel nervous or awkward?
Perfect. Everyone does. Trying something new feels big, but that’s where the magic happens. Our members swear we’re the most supportive community out there - and honestly, we believe them.
Is there a right age to start pole?
Nope. Strength and confidence don't come with an expiry date. We’ve got students in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond proving that every day. The only rule? Classes are 18+, or 16+ with a parent/guardian’s consent.
What if I’m not sure my body is made for this?
Good news: pole is for every body. Our poles can handle multiple people at once (seriously), and our Level 1 classes are designed for complete beginners. Everyone finds different things tricky - that’s half the fun!

If you’ve got injuries or health concerns, check in with your doc first.
What if I don’t like it?
Totally fair! That’s why we made our $99 Starter Membership short and sweet: two weeks, unlimited beginner classes, all the hype. If you love it, amazing. If you don’t, you still tried something new (and that’s pretty cool).
